This is a two-day, blended learning Lifeguarding course including CPR/AED and First Aid training.
Prior to attending the course, students must complete the mandatory online portion sent to your email. It takes about 5-7 hours to complete.
In person. students must show proficiency in the prerequisite swim test. This is a swim-tread-swim sequence of 150 yds swim-2 min tread (no hands)-50 yds swim.
